Once upon a time, there was a little girl who loved to create magic with her hands. From sewing to crocheting to knitting, she could spend endless hours making tiny dresses for her Barbie dolls, guided and inspired by her family’s tailor who taught her the beauty of patterns and stitches. As she grew, that love blossomed into making whimsical tulle dresses for her nieces and cousins.

In 2020, her passion became a small business called “Microfashion” on Instagram. She sewed tirelessly, even while six months pregnant with her first son, fulfilling orders until the very day of his arrival. When her baby was born with a congenital disease, she lovingly shifted her focus to him, putting her craft aside. Though she stepped away, she always carried the quiet hope of returning one day.

In 2025, with a new sewing machine and the courage to begin again, she founded Once Upon a Little Dress. Each piece is inspired by the little girl she once was — the one who believed every dress could tell a story. Today, she stitches timeless, handcrafted dresses with the same joy and wonder, weaving childhood magic into every seam.
